At April L. Kincaid, all sales are final. Due to the nature of the services and products provided—including but not limited to intuitive readings, coaching, digital downloads, and custom content—we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We believe in the value of our work and the energy, time, and preparation that goes into each offering. Because these services are often personalized and energetic in nature, they cannot be returned or undone once delivered.

That said, your satisfaction matters. If you feel your experience did not reflect the service or product described, or if something feels incomplete or unclear, please contact us at april@aprilkincaid.com within 5 business days of receiving your service. We are committed to working with you in good faith to find a reasonable and fair resolution.

This may include:

• Clarifying guidance or materials

• Offering a brief follow-up or correction

• Re-delivering part of a digital product if a technical issue occurred

We do not offer refunds due to:

• A change of heart

• Misalignment with the message

• Personal expectations of a particular outcome

• Discomfort with spiritual or intuitive content
