Levieux Couvent, 2024 (Levieux Convent, 2024) captures a quiet corner of an old monastery in Frayssinet, where I stayed during an artist retreat in the Southwest of France. Tucked away in stillness, the space felt both intimate and timeless - soft light resting on warm walls, vines stretching gently toward the sky, and flowers gathered in quiet abundance.
 
There was a sense of peace that lingered in every detail, as though the walls themselves held years of reflection and prayer. I was drawn to the simplicity of it - the small table, the open window, the living green surrounding it all - an invitation to slow down, to notice, to be present.
